Herbal Steam just for you!

The herbs you see on the picture are a small portion of what I prepared for the cold weather for my clients. I have a lot of mugwort, sage, wormwood, different kinds of mint, lemon balm, catmint, St. John’s wort, wild bergamot, eucalyptus and more! All herbs are from my garden, no pesticides, organic. These herbs I put in the Siberian cedar herb steam barrel for the session. The aroma is divine! Studies have shown that a few barrel sessions with herbs are equivalent to a YEAR of pills and supplements!!

How does the barrel work? Herbs steam envelops the body in a small confined space and penetrates deep into the pores of the skin, opening and cleaning them. Sweating relieves stress and muscle fatigue. Through expanded and cleansed pores  the body actively absorbs therapeutic compounds of herbs. Herbs continue to favorably affect the body even after the procedure. After leaving the barrel, there remain on the body herbal microdroplets. The result: metabolism normalizes, the function of all organs and systems improves, fatigue disappears, the fat deposition and accumulation slow.

Cold weather contributes to respiratory problems. People suffering from conditions such as sinus congestion, bronchitis, sinusitis, allergies and asthma can benefit from the moist heat of the barrel! A 15-20 minute session can help to loosen the chest muscles and the mucus associated with some of these respiratory problems.

The procedure in the Siberian cedar barrel is easily tolerated, unlike saunas or steam rooms. The main reason – during the procedure, the person’s head is outside. Therefore, the heat doesn’t affect the vessels in the head and the person can breathe easily, without damaging the lungs with hot air.

Some of the other great benefits of the barrel:
• Helps to control body weight
• Strengthens the immune system
• Has anti-aging effect, elevates the sexual function
• Reduces the pain and inflammation of arthritis, osteoarthritis, sciatica, improves joint mobility
• Helps with the muscle fatigue and soreness (including after intensive training in a gym)

For those who have not tried it - you are missing a lot! Really. I personally can’t tolerate sauna, can’t breathe in there, too hot for me... But the session in the barrel is a different story. I enjoy the process and if I want to breathe herbs, I just put my face down...

Try a session in Siberian cedar herb steam barrel! You will love it like many Boiseans already do!
