Gratitude, Renewal & Cellular Rebirth submitted by Vibe Health & Spa
At Vibe Health & Spa, we believe every moment of wellness begins with one simple vibration — gratitude. When you breathe it in, gratitude softens tension, opens the heart, and signals the body that it’s safe to heal. It’s more than a feeling; it’s a physiological shift that awakens balance in every cell.
This season, we invite you to turn that feeling into a living experience of cellular rebirth. Our signature HOCATT™ therapy (Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology) is one of the most transformative wellness treatments in the world — and it’s right here at Vibe.

If you live with diabetes, you may know that managing blood sugar is only part of the journey. For many, another challenge quietly creeps in: nerve pain, tingling, or numbness in the feet and legs — a condition known as diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
It can disrupt sleep, make walking painful, and diminish your overall quality of life. While there’s no instant fix, a growing number of people are finding meaningful relief in an unexpected place: acupuncture.

In the quest for optimal digestive health, people often turn to diet changes, supplements, and medications. But what if your body could tell you exactly what it needs — and what’s causing your symptoms? This is just one benefit of applied kinesiology (AK), a technique that bridges the gap between muscle function, neurology, and holistic healing.

Letting Go by Ann Jonas
Letting go…What does it mean? Letting go…Why is it important
What we experience in life is that things happen. People die, relationships end, jobs end, homes burn down, we lose things, and then we navigate these losses, and we often experience grief around them.
These are both external events as well as internal experiences and we might say that with these events we did not have a choice.
Whether it was a relationship, a job, a community, any experience in your life, what you are experiencing is…it existed and then it shifted.

Stop Falling Down the Rabbit Hole by Christine Haggerty
Several months ago, a client contacted me regarding her addiction to social media, specifically scrolling all hours of the night on her i-phone. In fact, the addiction was so bad that she would scroll until the wee hours of the morning knowing that she had to get ready for work soon and put in a full day. She was exhausted. In addition to the scrolling, she noticed that her bedroom was becoming extremely cluttered as well as the rest of her house, including golf clubs in the middle of the living room, boxes lined up along the hallway, unopened mail tossed on the dining room table, laundry on her bedroom floor, and dirty dishes piled up in the kitchen. This addiction was....

What It Means to Be a Sovereign Woman by Morrighan Lynne
Sovereignty has become a buzzword in personal development circles, but for many women, it’s not just a concept. It’s a reclamation. A remembering. A bold act of coming home to the self after a lifetime of being told who to be, how to act, and what it means to be “enough.”
To be a sovereign woman is to live as the author of your own life. It is the deep, embodied knowing that you belong to yourself — not to your roles, your obligations, your conditioning, or anyone else’s expectations. Sovereignty is not about independence at all costs or rejecting the people and systems around you; it is about standing rooted in ....

Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Holistic Effective Approach for Treating Neuropathy by Roya Nematollahi
Do you suffer from Neuropathy? You are not alone. Peripheral Neuropathy affects at least 20 million Americans. Peripheral refers to the nerves that are not in the brain or spinal cord. There are more than 100 types of Neuropathy, so diagnosing can be difficult due to a lack of testing devices. Symptoms and severity range, but no matter what, it’s a pain (literally!). Neuropathy is a condition that affects the nerves causing nerve pain, weakness, numbness or tingling in one or more parts of the body. Neuropathy is a result of nerve damage caused by diabetes, injury, infection, chemotherapy or exposure to toxins.

It’s no secret that mental health issues are on the rise in the United States. “In 2022, an estimated 23.1% of U.S. adults (about 59.3 million people) experienced any mental illness (AMI) in the past year” (nimh.nih.gov). There are many factors that can contribute to mental health ailments.
1. Biological Factors: Genetics, brain chemistry, hormones, chronic illnesses
2. Psychological Factors: Trauma, low self-esteem, grief, poor coping skills
3. Environmental and Social Factors: Stress, substance abuse, isolation, discrimination, trauma....

Healing Leaky Gut, Crohn’s, Colitis, and IBS with Butyrate and Colon Hydrotherapy by David DeHaas
The gut and brain are intricately connected, communicating in both directions. The gut contains more neurons than the spinal cord, acting like tiny cell phones. When these neurons are clogged with waste, they struggle to transmit signals effectively, impairing the connection between the colon, brain, and other organs.
A damaged gut can result from exposure to chemicals like glyphosate, atrazine, paraquat, and NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, and Celebrex, as well as toxins in processed foods. These contribute to leaky gut, a condition characterized by tiny tears in the gut wall. This allows undigested food particles to....

Discerning Choice by Badeish Lange
There is no substitute for self-education and discerning choice. Those who consistently choose to raise their personal vibration will become increasingly comfortable, see a non-ordinary reality shaping their lives, and a feeling of their Divine Intelligence seeking to love God more. This conscious choice will bring you home as the consciousness of the planet elevates.
Discernment is not judgement. Discernment is intuitively perceiving the energy being presented to us and deciding whether we wish to add our support to the thought, idea, or not. We all have a wonderful gift....

Heavy Metals, Light Living: A Holistic Guide to Detoxing Your Body by Roya Nematollahi
Toxic heavy metals, such as mercury, lead, and cadmium, are hazardous environmental pollutants that can severely impact our health. Unlike essential minerals, heavy metals serve no biological purpose and instead bind to tissues, causing oxidative stress, disrupting hormonal balance, and interfering with the absorption of vital nutrients. Over time, these metals accumulate in the body, contributing to chronic symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, digestive issues, and even neurological disorders.
Exposure to heavy metals is more common than many realize. They are present in industrial emissions, contaminated water, personal care products, household items, old paint and pipes, and even certain foods...

It is Easier to Wear a Pair of Shoes Than to Try to Flatten all the Rough Ground by Christine Haggerty
Forgiveness and loving kindness will serve you well along your spiritual path. Forgiveness and loving kindness must be balanced with personal self-respect and taking care of your needs and your own growth. As I shared with a friend who reached out to me for help recently, she was exhausted trying to help others in need. She was so exhausted that she could no longer help herself and was mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually depleted. When I scanned her energy field, her solar plexus chakras (front and back) were both congested and depleted, (congested with worry, and depleted of healthy energy).

The Role of the Kidneys
The kidneys filter the blood, regulate blood pressure, and balance water, sodium, potassium, glucose, bicarbonate, amino acids, creatinine, and urea. They remove excess water from the blood and return it as needed to maintain homeostasis.

Insights Into Quantum Homeopathy Medicine by Badeish Lange
I am hoping this catches your attention and consideration as I utilized natural medicine to heal breast cancer back in 2016 and it is for this reason that this article may be helpful to read; there is nothing wrong with researching both sides of a situation to make an informed decision.
Medicine, esoteric medicine, has been using something for centuries that they don’t really understand.  They know it works, but they don’t truly know how.  Today in Quantum Science there are deeper understandings being discovered.

“Say Goodbye to Summer Allergies—with Dry Salt Therapy!” submitted by Infinity Wave CenterPMA
As summer blooms, so do the seasonal triggers that affect millions of allergy sufferers. Pollen from grasses, trees, and weeds fills the air, while rising temperatures stir up dust and mold spores. For those sensitive to these allergens, summer can mean constant sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes, and sinus pressure. While many turn to over-the-counter medications for relief, a growing number of people are discovering a natural, non-invasive alternative: dry salt therapy, also known as halotherapy.
Dry salt therapy has ancient roots but has gained modern popularity for its powerful benefits in respiratory health, especially during allergy season....

Understanding Disease from an Acupuncturist’s Perspective: A Path to Healing and Balance by Roya Nematollahi
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), health is not just the absence of disease but a state of balance between the body, mind, and spirit. From this perspective, disease is viewed as a form of disharmony within the body, where the natural flow of energy, also known as Qi—has been disrupted. This perspective offers a deeply holistic approach to healing, one that focuses on restoring balance to achieve long-term well-being.

What You’re Not Changing, You’re Choosing by Susie Moore ~ Let It Be Easy
Heath (my husband) and I decided to leave New York, our beloved home of ten years, over happy-hour crostini on a random Tuesday.
“Okay!” I said when he asked if I was ready. This was after a few months of Heath encouraging a move to a place with a more relaxed pace and a warmer climate.
Two months after our crostini conversation, we were sipping coffee on our sun-drenched terrace in Miami.
It seemed so fast to everyone else. But not to us. What’s there to wait for? Decision-making is really just trusting in yourself. We don’t have to be so serious about every decision that pops up, and ultimately,....

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS? Hypnosis is a simply a way to relax your body and your conscious mind, which in turn allows your subconscious to be more open and accessible. In this state, your subconscious will accept positive suggestions, such as for improved management of anxiety and stress in your life.
It is common knowledge nowadays that anxiety and stress can adversely affect health. In fact, a study by Dr. Howard Friedman of UC Irvine concluded that chronic emotional stress doubles a person’s chances of serious disease. That makes stress a stronger risk factor than smoking! It is known that excessive stress hormones can impair the immune system and raise blood pressure....

Why Do Hair Bulbs Have Epigenetic Markers? submitted by Vibe Health & Spa
The roots of your hair are alive! Blood vessels in your scalp provide information to your hair follicles, and each hair’s bulb is in fact an antenna that is constantly sensing and detecting environmental signals emanating from the micro and macro environment. Within each hair shaft, there is a muscle called the arrector pili muscle, which is attached to the hair follicle and are the smallest muscles in the body! This muscle, along with the hair root bulb, were over-looked until recently as important environmental sensors - even though hair has long been accepted as an excellent biomarker. The arrector pili muscles expand and contract when your system is overheated or cooled....

Personal Opportunities for Reset by Eric Cunningham
In a very recent and particularly miserable bout with the flu, I was reminded of Confucius’s utterance that “a healthy man wants a thousand things, a sick man only wants one.” Very few things are as useful as ill health for reminding us of the good things we take for granted—and for those of us who enjoy generally good health, the suffering of an occasional winter malady affords us an opportunity to take stock and realize how fortunate we usually are.
Among the problems of the “taking things for granted” on a larger scale, is what we might call the normalcy bias—the tendency to think that our world....

Laughter Yoga by Dr. Madan Kataria and the Energy Enhancement System submitted by Infinity Wave CenterPMA
In today’s world, stress and anxiety are common issues that affect people’s overall well-being. Two such practices are Laughter Yoga, created by Dr. Madan Kataria, and the Energy Enhancement System, developed by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael. While these practices are quite different, they share a common goal: improving mental, physical, and emotional health through the integration of mind, body, and spirit.

The Truth about the Body’s Adrenal Glands (In relationship to our secondary chakra system) by Badeish Lange
It has come to my attention over the last few years that I am meeting many people with “adrenal gland” problems, and I felt compelled to give you some insights that may assist your physical and emotional well-being.
With all the cellular upgrades happening in the DNA over the last ten years, the adrenal glands are being dramatically affected, as well as the digestion. If we don’t learn to eat differently and utilize the natural sciences, I am concerned there will be an increase of “adrenal failure.”

When Habits Are Stubborn by Arlene Thompson
Habits are our usual patterns of behavior, which we do regularly and without much thought. We’re all familiar with such bad habits as smoking and over-eating. Though less recognized as such, fears, phobias, anxiety and stress are all habits as well. They are learned responses to external stimuli (learned, because you weren’t born with that response), which become entrenched as automatic behaviors--or habits!
The good news is that hypnotherapy is ideal for habit control, since the cure involves new learning. We do this by reprogramming....

The Magic of Water: Transforming Our Lives Through Frequency and Intention Submitted by Opal Frequency Center
Water is a profound element, not only essential to life but deeply connected to who we are. The human body is composed of approximately 60-75% water, depending on factors like age and hydration levels. This makes us living vessels of water, carrying a substance that is not only vital for survival but also capable of holding memory and responding to vibration and sound. Scientific research and ancient wisdom alike affirm that water is much more than a simple liquid—it is a conduit for healing, transformation, and connection.
Dr. Masaru Emoto’s groundbreaking work on water memory illuminated....

Reversing Brain Fog, Dementia, and Alzheimer’s pt. 2 by David DeHaas
As I mentioned last month, it’s alarming that I am not aware of any Memory Care Facility in our area that promotes reversing memory loss. In fact, Memory Care often seems more like a comfortable warehouse where people continue to lose their memory and eventually pass away.
Research over the last decade indicates that memory can be regained. This is at the forefront of my research, especially since I’ve personally experienced significant memory issues in the past that I have now reversed and now I have a family member with dementia.
I have regained my memory, and Martha has shown signs of improvement in a relatively short time.

Brain Fog, Dementia and Alzheimer’s - The Scary truth. by David DeHaas
I was recently tasked with putting a family member, we will call her Martha, in Assisted Living or Memory care.
We had less than a day to make the decision where she should go. Since Martha had a hard time with names and losing things, and has some eye problems called Blind Spots we opted for a memory care unit.
After a few days it was clear we had mis-calculated. Most of the people in the memory center could not speak or if they did, they repeated familiar sentences long embedded in their memory. Martha was bored because no one could carry on a conversation.

The Third-Dimensional plane of reality is undoubtedly a zone of conflict. Every opinion has a counter-opinion, every truth inspires a question concerning the validity of the assumptions that led to that truth. There is no way we can escape the dialectical nature of this world.
Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), the Austrian clairvoyant insisted that all conflicts on the material plane are resolved on the astral plane. From the higher perspective of the soul, he said, the persistent contradictions that drive evolution and history do not present themselves as problems, but rather as complimentary ingredients to a larger reality.
